Farooq Abdullah Says China's Actions At Border Due To Removal Of Article 370
Saying China never accepted revocation of Article 370, former Jammu and Kashmir CM Farooq Abdullah on October 11 cited it as a reason behind Chinese aggression at border. He also opined that Chinese aggression can help in the restoration of Article 370 in J&K. He further complained about not being allowed to raise the issues of J&K in the Parliament. Farooq Abdullah: Kashmiris Would Prefer To Be Ruled By China Than India
The former CM of Jammu and Kashmir, Farooq Abdullah, said that Kashmiris would prefer to be ruled by China than India. His comments came in response to the BJP claim that the people of Kashmir have accepted the abrogation of Article 370. In an interview, Farooq Abdullah said that Kashmiris are treated as "slaves". He also mentioned that Kashmiris will protest in large numbers if Army troops were removed.

Union Minister Ramdas Athawale Says Pakistan Always Cheated India
Union Minister Ramdas Athawale on September 19 stated that India tried to make peace with Pakistan, but "Pakistan has always cheated" India. He was responding to Farooq Abdullah's statement that talks with Pakistan was the solution to the border problems.
