Pakistan PM Imran Khan applauded India's independent foreign policy act, under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi. During a rally in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province, PM Khan also praised India to have imported crude oil from Russia despite American sanctions directed on Moscow, amid Ukraine's invasion.  Notably, the US and European Union had contacted PM Imran Khan to condemn Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
