Defence Minister Rajnath Singh Remembers Fallen Heroes Of Galwan Valley Clash, Pays Homage

Defence minister Rajnath Singh on June 16, paid his respects to the fallen heroes of the Galwan valley clash. He said that the troops who lost their lives in the Galwan valley clash on June 15 and 16 of 2020, will never be forgotten. After 45 years, India-China relations turned sour as a clash broke out in Ladakh's Galwan valley and Pangong Lake area, which recorded losses on both sides.

ITBP Plants Saplings To Create 'Galwan Ke Balwan' Garden For Martyrs

The Indo-Tibetan Border Police have started a plantation drive in a garden dedicated to the Galwan martyrs, named ‘Galwan Ke Balwan’. Over 1,000 saplings have been planted by the ITBP in the area few kilometres away from the Galwan Valley site where Indo-China clash happened.
