Sikh Organisation SGPC Turns 100; Celebrations At Golden Temple
Sikh organisation Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee (SGPC) on November 15 celebrated its 100th anniversary. The centenary was celebrated at the Akal Takht in Golden Temple, Amritsar. Golden Temple gets Permit to Receive Foreign Donations: Amritsar
On September 10, Union Home Ministry registered The Golden Temple under Foreign Contributions Regulations Act (FCRA). The registration enables the receiving foreign donations, which can be used for Gurudwara's public services.
