ASI Cordons UNESCO Site Hampi Chariot To Prevent From Damages

The Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) has barricaded the stone chariot at Vijaya Vittala Temple in Karnataka's Hampi to shield it from damage. ASI Deputy Superintendent P. Kalimuthu said the barricade is to prevent "objectionable behaviour" such as touching and climbing up the monument by tourists.
