HD Dev Gowda

Former Prime Minister of India and Janata Dal (Secular) president HD Devegowda tested positive for COVID-19, on January 22. Devegowda is not exhibiting any symptoms of the infection and his health is stable. The 88-year-old was the 12th Prime Minister of India from June 1996 to April 1997. He also served as the chief minister of Karnataka from 1994 to 1996. Devegowda is an MP from Hassan constituency of Karnataka.
