Sprinter Hima Das Injured During 100m Heats, Yet To Qualify For Olympics
During the Inter-State Athletics Championship in Patiala, Sprinter Hima Das sustained a 'muscle pull' injury in the 100m heats. The information was revealed by the Athletics Federation on Twitter. The 21-year-old athelete is unlikely to make in Tokyo Olympics if the injury is serious, as she is yet to qualify for the showpiece. However, she entered the finals but her participation is yet to be confirmed.
