False Claim Of Impotence Against Spouse Amounts To Mental Harassment: K'taka HC
The Karnataka High Court declared that a wife's claim of impotence on her husband without evidence is also considered mental harassment. On June 15, the court also stated that the husband can submit a petition for divorce in this situation. The judgment was issued in response to a petition filed by a Dharwad resident who sought to have a Dharwad Family Court ruling dismissing his request for a divorce.
