Kerala Assembly Polls: IUML Fields Woman Candidate After 25 Years
The Indian Union Muslim League in Kerala broke its 25-year-old streak by fielding a woman candidate to contest the assembly elections. Releasing the list of candidates on March 12, the IUML fielded its women wing leader Noorbina Rasheed from Kozhikode South constituency.
