Jagdish Kudiyal

Taking inspiration from the Chipko Movement, a Uttarakhand-based farmer Jagdish Kudiyal has incredibly revived a dead spring by planting saplings. Reportedly, Jagdish hired several labourers to dig pits near the fountain that ultimately revived the spring back to life.
