Congress MLA Mamman Khan Sent To 14-Days Judicial Custody In Nuh Violence Case

A Haryana court on September 19, sent Congress leader MLA Mamman Khan to 14-day judicial custody in connection with the July 31 communal violence in Haryana's Nuh district. Earlier on September 17, the court had extended Khan's police remand by two days. His remand was extended in connection with an FIR registered at the Nagina police station, officials said. Besides, Nuh violence, three cases are also lodged against Mamman.

Monu Manesar Sent To 14-Days Judicial Custody To Rajasthan Police

The Haryana Police arrested Monu Manesar, a leader of Bajrang Dal and Gau Rakshak in Haryana's Nuh region. He has been sent to 14-days judicial custody, confirmed sources. Notably, accused in two murder case, Manesar's custody has been granted to the Rajasthan Police. The Rajasthan Police sought custody of Monu Manesar for its probe into the Bhiwani double murder case.

Imran Khan's Judicial Custody Extended Till Sep 13

Judicial remand for two weeks on charges of leaking state secrets, his lawyer says. Khan’s custody was extended till September 13 to investigate him in the so-called “cypher” case after a special court held the proceedings on the jail premises in Attock city on August 30. AAP Leader Sisodia's Judicial Custody Extended Till June 1

Once again, a Delhi court extended judicial custody of former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia. The AAP leader's custody with the ED has been extended till June 1. Sisodia is in judicial custody in the money laundering and Delhi Excise Policy scam, since March, with basic facilities like books, and others. Manish Sisodia's Judicial Custody With ED and CBI Extended

In a major drawback to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP,) the Rouse Avenue Court extended the judicial custody of Manish Sisodia, the AAP leader and Deputy CM of Delhi. With this, Manish Sisodia, the prime accused in the Delhi Excise Policy Scam will be in jail until April 27 with CBI and April 29 with the Enforcement Directorate (ED.) Sisodia was arrested in March and has been under custody.

Kerala Train Fire Incident Accused Sent To Judicial Custody

The accused arrested in Kerala Train Fire incident Shahrukh Saifi has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days. Arrested from Maharashtra, the accused, a resident of Shaheen Bagh, Delhi, allegedly poured fuel on his co-passengers in a running train, which led to the killing of three people and left eight seriously injured. NIA and Anti-Terror Squad are investigating the matter, and sent Saifi for medical treatment.

Judicial Custody Of Manish Sisodia Extended Till April 17

In another drawback for AAP Government, Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia's judicial custody has been extended till April 17. A Special Rouse Court in Delhi reviewed the plea of the CBI, seeking an extension in the judicial custody in connection with the Delhi Excise Policy Scam.  After hearing, the court extended Sisodia's remand till April 17. With this, Sisodia will be in Tihar Jail for another 2 weeks.

Manish Sisodia's Judicial Custody Extended Till April 3

The judicial custody of Manish Sisodia, the prime accused in the 2021-2022 Delhi Liquor Policy Scam, has been extended till April 3. On March 20, the special court of Delhi extended the remand of Sisodia, the former Deputy CM of Delhi for further investigation into the controversial case of Facebook Unit, registered with the Central Bureau of Investigation. It means, after ED, Sisodia will be remanded with the CBI.

Manish Sisodia's ED Custody Extended For 5 Days: Delhi Liquor Scam

In a drawback to Manish Sisodia and AAP, a Delhi Court extended the ED custody of Sisodia to five days. On March 17, the Rouse Avenue Court extended the custody, after reviewing a petition filed by the ED, demanding an extension to further investigate the Delhi Liquor Policy Scam.
