Kashmiri Women

Over 90% of women in Kashmir believed that becoming an entrepreneur or aiming high was very difficult because of social pressure and gun fear. To overcome obstacles in the region, Kashmiri women have been making significant efforts and have proven themselves in several fields. Similarly, Nushrat Jahan of Pulwama district quit her job to start her own flower business, and currently, it's a multi-crore venture.
