Nitin Gandkari Inaugurates India's First LNG Station In Nagpur
India's first commercial liquified natural gas filling station has been inaugurated by Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari in Nagpur, Maharashtra on July 11. Gadkari said people should consider fuels such as ethanol, LNG, and CNG as they are cost-effective. People can save at least Rs 20 per litre on ethanol, he added. Furthermore, he said the ministry will soon draft a policy for flex-fuel engines.
