Mandira Bedi Speaks About Short Haircut Stereotype In Getting Roles
TV actress Mandira Bedi opened up about how she has been give stereotype cop roles, amid her looks and shot haircut. In an interview, Bedi said, " I have played a wonderful character in the Indian version of show 24. And then after that I got offered only cop characters,” Adding to short hair stereotype Bedi said, "When a woman has short hair, she has to be a badass."

Actor Mandira Bedi Performs Raj Kaushal's Last-Ritual, Breaks Tradition
In an unusual event, Bollywood actor-TV presenter Mandira Bedi was witnessed performing the last rites of her husband, Raj Kaushal. As per the Hindu tradition, these rituals are usually performed by a son or any male member of the family. The 49-year-old filmmaker passed away due to cardiac arrest on June 30. However, Kaushal is survived by two children and a wife, Mandira Bedi.

Director Of 'Shaadi Ka Laddoo' Passes Away Due To Heart Attack
Tragic! Bollywood actor-TV presenter Mandira Bedi's husband Raj Kaushal (50) died of a heart attack, on June 30. Kaushal had directed and produced movies such as 'Shaadi Ka Laddoo', 'Pyaar Mein Kabhi Kabhi' and 'My Brother: Nikhil', respectively. The last movie he directed was 'Anthony Kaun Hai' in 2006. Kaushal is survived by his wife, son Vir and daughter Tara.
