Apple To Increase iPhone Production In India
As per Bank of America report, Apple plans to shift over 18% of its iPhone production to India by 2025, up from 7% in 2023. The move is seen as an effort to reduce its dependence on the Chinese supply chain. The decision is also linked to government incentives for foreign companies in India. Currently, Apple in partner with Foxconn and Pegatron manufactured selective iPhone models in India.
