After quitting Congress, Ghulam Nabi Azad is all set to launch his own political party in Jammu and Kashmir. It is to be noted, that approximately 50 leaders of Congress in the union territory extended support to Azad, and are likely to resign from Congress. Furthermore, Ghulam Nabi Azad will launch his party after a rally in Jammu on September 4.

Commemorating the killing of 13 people in firing on Congress Youth Rally, the Trinamool Congress took out a Martyr's Day Rally, on July 21. A huge number of people from across West Bengal gathered at Esplanade, the city's downtown area, for the mega Martyr's Day rally, amid tight security by the City Police. The annual rally is being held after a gap of two years due to the pandemic.

Lalu Prasad Yadav-led Rashtirya Janata Dal is set to organise a mega rally to target the Nitish Kumar government over unemployment, said RJD leader Tejashwi Prasad Yadav on December 18.
