Mizo community

To encourage population growth of small Mizo communities, Mizoram's Sports Minister Robert Romawia Royte has announced a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh would be provided to the parents having the highest number of children. However, the prize is only for those living in Royte's constituency. On June 20, Royte said, "Mizoram has a population density of only 52-person per sq km, whereas the national average is 382-person."
