UN General Assembly Adopts Multilingualism, Mentions Hindi, Bangla & Urdu For First Time
The United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) has adopted multilingualism, an India-sponsored resolution, for the first time mentioning Hindi language. With this, UN will continue to disseminate messages and communications in official as well as non-official languages, which includes Hindi language.
