Archaeologists discovered treasures of ancient Egyptian antiquities that have been made public for the first time. The artifacts go back at least 2,500 years and were discovered near Cairo's famous necropolis of Saqqara. Statues of gods Anubis, Amun, Min, Osiris, Isis, Nefertum, Bastet, and Hathor, as well as a headless statue of architect Imhotep, are among the relics. Mummies, amulets, and other items were found in 250 coffins.
