Naushera Ka Sher

The Indian Army has restored the damaged grave of the seniormost 1947-48 war martyr Brigadier Mohammed Usman. An Army source said, “If authorities cannot maintain it, the Indian Army is fully capable of taking care of the grave of the war hero.” Brig Usman who was posthumously awarded with the Maha Vir Chakra was also known as 'Naushera Ka Sher' for his heroics in the 1947-48 war.
