According to a local commander, 17 people have died and several are left injured as a Philippine military aircraft carrying over 92 passengers has crashed in the southern Philippines on July 4. Almost 40 passengers have been rescued from the plane so far and the "rescue efforts are ongoing". The accident happened when the pilots missed the runway while trying to land the plane at Jolo airport. 

Madhya Pradesh aviation department's airplane, carrying Remdesivir injection from Indore, crash landed at Gwalior airport on May 6, injuring three people including the pilots. Indonesian authorities have reportedly found the crash site of the Boeing 777 flight of the Sriwijaya Air jet which went missing on January 9 shortly after take-off. Atleast 22 people have died in an Ukrainian military plane crash on September 25. Reportedly, the plane was carrying aviation students, and the incident happened while it was landing at the Chuhuiv airport. Besides, two people suffered grave injuries and four people are missing. However, cause of the mishap is still unknown. The students belonged to a state-run aviation university.
