A minor boy died and his father was critically injured on Friday morning after a speeding truck hit them at Behala Chowrasta region, West Bengal, triggering massive protests by locals. Violence Amid Religious Procession Erupted In Gurugram, Haryana
Around 2,500 men, women and children have taken shelter at a temple near Haryana's Gurugram after massive violence erupted. On July 31, stone pelting and cars set on fire was the scene amid a religious procession. The police, who have already used teargas and fired shots in the air, have called in reinforcements. Internet services have been suspended and prohibitory orders banning large gatherings have been issued.
