Himachal Pradesh Private Educational Institutions Regulatory Commission (HPPEIRC) has asked private universities to submit the bio-data of Vice-chancellors, for verification. The move was taken after receiving complaints that some of the private varsities' VCs were over-aged, under-qualified, and inexperienced.
