France: Paris' Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower Evacuated After Bomb Alert
Following a bomb alert and the discovery of a bag full of ammunition, surrounding areas of Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower in Paris were evacuated on October 27. Reportedly subway stations and traffic systems were also halted for a while. However, the transportation systems were restored later. The country is on high-alert after a teacher was beheaded by an 18-year-old Muslim over displaying of cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad in class.

France: Teacher Beheaded For Showing Prophet's Caricatures In Class
A history teacher in France was beheaded in front of his school for showing Prophet Mohammed’s cartoon in class. Reportedly, the teachers had asked Muslim students to leave the class before he shared the cartoon discussing freedom of expression. Riots Erupt in Bengaluru Over Post On Prophet Mohammed; Three Persons Die
A social media post on Prophet Mohammed incited an angry mob to attack at Congress MLA Akhanda Srinivasa Murthy's residence, DJ Halli and KG Halli police stations. Reportedly, the mob damaged public property, injuring 60 police personnel and causing three deaths. The post was uploaded by the MLA's relative. The Police Commissioner stated that the Section 144 has been imposed in the city to bring the situation under control.
