Indian Cow Milk Not Different, Does Not Contain Gold: Minister
Union Animal Husbandry Minister Sanjeev Balyan has busted the myth that the milk of Indian cows is different from that of a foreign breed. Besides, Sanjeev had refuted long-standing claims of West Bengal BJP leader Dilip Ghosh, who had earlier professed that the milk of Indian cows is yellowish in colour due to traces of gold. Earlier, several other ministers, including Rashtriya Kamdhenu Aayog, had passed such myths as science.

Facing Wide Objections, Rashtriya Kamdhenu Aayog Defers 'Cow Exam'
The Rashtriya Kamdhenu Aayog has indefinitely postponed the national cow exam, previously scheduled for February 25. However, the reason for postponement has not been mentioned by the Aayog.
