Congress leader DK Shivakumar demanded action against Karnataka State Minister KS Eshwarappa, who is alleged of corruption and murder of a contractor Santosh Patil. Staging a protest, Shivakumar said, "Resignation is not a solution. A case of corruption has to be registered, then he has to be arrested". Notably, KS Eshwarappa is alleged of asking 40% commission from Patil and when he declined, Eshwarappa tortured him to commit suicide.
