Telugu Mandatory Second Language For Classes 1-10 For All School Boards: Telangana

Telangana government has made Telugu a compulsory second language for students in CBSE, ICSE, IB, and other board-affiliated institutions from Classes 1 to 10 commencing from academic year 2022-23. The government has developed two Telugu textbooks, one for Telugu-speaking kids and one for youngsters whose mother language is not Telugu.
