Saisha Shinde, a Mumbai-based fashion designer, and a transgender, is behind the glorious winning gown of Miss Universe 2021 Harnaaz Sandhu. The elegant gown with beaded embellishments and plunging neckline was the skill & hard work of Saisha, who took to Instagram and posted Harnaaz's picture in the gown with the caption "WE DID IT". Saisha Shinde earlier known as Swapnil came out as a transwoman in January 2021.
