Pit Bull Attacks Woman, Police Registers Case Against Owner
In Delhi's Civil Line Area, a domestic helper, Munni (30) suffered serious injuries, after a pit bull (dog) mauled the victim, confirmed police on August 12. The police registered an FIR against the dog owner Vinit Chikara, who was out with his dog for a walk. The incident happened at around 7:30 am, when Chikara left dog's harness loose, resulting in the attack which left Munni mauled.
