IMD's Series Of Faulty Predictions About Delhi's Monsoon Rains
Indian Meteorological Department has made a series of wrong predictions about the monsoon rains in Delhi and most recently, its July 10 prediction. The moisture-laden winds continue to give the city false hopes. IMD had reported that lower-level easterly winds from the Bay of Bengal extending northwards, would bring monsoon into Delhi. Besides, the city's regional weather forecasting division has been forced to revise its weekly projections.
