Pacific Nation Vanuatu Records Its First COVID Case
When most of the nations are fighting to curb the COVID-19 spread, an island nation in the Pacific Ocean has just registered its first case. The Republic of Vanuatu reported its first COVID-19 case after a 23-year-old citizen, who returned from the US, tested positive. The country's health officials stated the victim was asymptomatic and developed positive during a routine check-up. The officials informed that his co-passengers and close contacts would be quarantined.
