People With Low Fitness Levels Likely To Suffer Anxiety, Depression: Study
A study published in BMC Medicine has found that people who do not exercise regularly are 60% more likely to suffer anxiety. It also reported that people with low fitness level have twice the possibility of falling prey to depression. The study collected data of 1,52,978 adults aged 40-69 and observed that fit people reported good mental health. However, it denied of exercise being the sole reason for anxiety and disorder.
