Air Quality Escalates in Delhi as AQI drops from 'Very Poor" to 'Moderate'
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) showed Delhi's Air Quality Index (AQI) dropped from 302 to 137 on November 27, proceeding to "moderate" category. As per the experts, strong winds and less stubble burning around the city were two reasons behind the better air quality. Although, centre's Air Quality Early Warning System predicted Delhi's air to remain "satisfactory" to "moderate" on November 27 and "moderate" to "poor" the next day.
