HCL Announces Rs700 Cr Bonus For Employees; Celebrates $10 Billion Revenue

IT multinational HCL Technologies will give out special one-time bonus of over Rs 700 crore to its employees in February. Announcing the news on February 8, the company affirmed that the reward came as HCL achieved its milestone $10 billion revenue in 2020. As per HCL, employees with one year of service or more are eligible for the ten-days-salary bonus. Moreover, the tech-giant also credited its employees' commitment behind the growth, despite COVID-19 pandemic.
