Indonesia Surpasses India To Become Asia's COVID-19 Hotspot: Report
According to Nikkei Asia's report, Indonesia has surpassed India to become Asia's Covid-19 Hotspot after reporting more than 40,000 cases for the second consecutive day on July 13. Meanwhile, India reported 31,443 fresh COVID-19 cases which are said to be the lowest in 118 days. ''Nationwide there are still beds, but cases are very high because of uneven outbreaks of the delta variant,'' said Indonesia's Health Minister Budi Sadikin.
