ISRO Chief K Sivan Says Chandrayaan-3 Mission Postponed To 2022
ISRO Chief K Sivan has confirmed that launch of mission Chandrayaan-3 has been postponed from late 2021 to 2022. About the mission, Sivan said Chandrayaan-3 will use the same orbiter which was launched with Chandrayaan-2 because of the identical configuration. ISRO, with Chandrayaan-3, will follow its aim of exploring the unchartered territory of Moon's South Pole. The ISRO Chief added that the agency is also working on unmanned mission 'Gaganyaan' slated for December 2021.
