Mukesh Ambani to Form "Family Council" for Succession Planning

Reliance Industries Ltd chairman Mukesh Ambani is planning to set up a "family council" as part of the succession planning. The council will implement a governance structure to hand over the reins of Reliance Industries. Reportedly, the council will consist of Ambani's three children - Akash, Isha and Anant, an adult member of the family and external members to act as "mentors and advisors".
