Students In Uttar Pradesh To Receive Free Tablets & Smartphones From Govt

Uttar Pradesh government approved the distribution of free tablets and smartphones to students seeking higher education on October 5. As per a government release, the initiative would cost the state exchequer Rs 3,000 crore. The decision was made in light of the coronavirus pandemic, as per the statement, and because lessons are held online. According to the statement, this will assist students in finishing their studies effectively.
