Victoria State To Host Australian Open Warm-up Games
Owing to the COVID-19 situation, Tennis Australia has decided to stage the Australian Open warm-up events in Victoria state. The decision, announced by the tournament director Craig Tiley, aims to reduce risks for overseas players while travelling and isolating. However, players will have access to tennis courts during their two-week mandatory quarantine. As per reports, Melbourne Park will host all the games from January 18-31, 2020 with 25% of spectators.
