World Test Championship Final Between Ind-NZ Shifted To Southampton
The BCCI President Sourav Ganguly on March 8 announced that the Indian Cricket Team would play the maiden World Test Championship final in Southampton's Ageas Bowl Stadium. Earlier supposed to be played at the Lord's, the location was changed owing to five-star facilities available in the stadium that would easily facilitate bio-bubble between competing teams. Scheduled for June 18-22, India will take on New Zealand on a slow pitch of Southampton.
