Script For Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa 2' Being Developed, Shoot To Commence In August

The script for "Pushpa: The Rule" a sequel to "Pushpa: The Rise," starring Allu Arjun, is being developed, and Sukumar and his team plan to start filming in August. Sukumar's inability to spend adequate hours on the writing sessions because of a mild health issue was the primary cause of the delay. In "Pushpa 2," Fahadh Faasil will perform a major part, and his character is intended to wow audiences.

Allu Arjun's Pushpa Raj Records Box Office Collection Over Rs 40 Crore

Tollywood actor Allu Arjun's latest release 'Pushpa Raj,' collected highest first day record. On December 17, the Telugu movie collected over Rs 40 crore in India (Rs 24.90 crore from two Telugu states). Written and directed by Sukumar, the movie was released in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil and Hindi. Meanwhile, Arjun in a tweet expressed excitement and said, "Pushpa Raj pockets the Highest Day 1 share in Nizam Rs 11.44 crore".

Allu Arjun's 'Pushpa' Gets New Date, To Be Released Before Christmas

Allu Arjun's forthcoming project 'Pushpa' will now be released on December 17 instead of the scheduled on Christmas. Reportedly, the decision was taken to avert its clash with Kabir Khan's sports drama '83'. The film Directed by Sukumar stars Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in the lead roles. 'Pushpa' will also be dubbed in five different languages such as Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.
