Ranveer Singh Purchases Sea Facing Quadruplex Worth Rs 119 Crore
In the biggest property deal, Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has bought a sea-facing quadruplex in suburban Bandra for Rs 119 crore, on July 11. Spread across floors 16, 17, 18 and 19 of Sagar Resham, a building at Bandstand in the close vicinity of Shah Rukh Khan's bungalow 'Mannat' and Salman Khan's pad in Galaxy Apartments. Furthermore, a stamp duty of over Rs 7 crore has been paid for transaction.

Washing Machine Explodes During Repair: Pune
A blast was reported at a housing society apartment in Pune's Bhawani Peth area o June 12. The explosion was low-intensity and occurred while working on a washing machine. A gas blow torch was being used to fix the washing machine, and an explosion occurred owing to an excessive blow. "No casualties have been reported in the incident. Investigation is on," Amitabh Gupta, Pune Police Commissioner, stated.
