In a shocking incident, a group of miscreants identified as Bilal Teela, Faizan Lala, Sahil Bachcha, Mohammad Sameer Teela and Mupheed Khan allegedly assaulted a youth, Vijay, forced him to wear a dog collar and apologise. The incident which occurred in Bhopal, on June 18, is going viral on social media.
