Man Asks To Behave Like Dog & Apologize, Video Goes Viral

In a shocking incident, a group of miscreants identified as Bilal Teela, Faizan Lala, Sahil Bachcha, Mohammad Sameer Teela and Mupheed Khan allegedly assaulted a youth, Vijay, forced him to wear a dog collar and apologise. The incident which occurred in Bhopal, on June 18, is going viral on social media. The youths involved in the incident allegedly threatened him, saying "kutta ban". Police have registered a case for investigation.
