Arvind Kejriwal Skips ED Summon, To Address Rally In MP
In the latest development, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal skipped the Enforcement Directorate (ED) summon, as he is scheduled to campaign in Madhya Pradesh. Notably, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) President was supposed to appear before the ED in connection with the 2021–2022 Delhi Excise Policy Scam on November 2. However, Kejriwal will not appear and also asked the ED to withdraw the summons, saying its "illegal and politically motivated."

AAP Will Fight Elections From Jail, Says Saurabh Bharadwaj Amid ED Summon
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) wanted all Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) party members behind the bards; and if that happens, the Delhi government will be run from jail, AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj said. His comments after the ED summoned Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in alleged liquor scam case.
