Karnataka SSLC Exams: Results To Be Declared On August 10

Karnataka primary and secondary education minister S Suresh Kumar said in a statement that Karnataka SSLC class 10th examination results will be declared on 10th of August. The examination was conducted in schools with 99.62% of the people appearing for the first language as compared to last year's 98.41%. For the second and third language subjects, 99.60% and 99.62% have appeared respectively.

Eight IITs Across Nation Run Without Chairman: Education Minister

Dharmendra Pradhan, Minister of Education, India stated that there are eight IITs without a Chairman. In addition, he also mentioned there are five among these eight IITs which are functioning without a Director, despite the Lok Sabha being aware of the scenario. While addressing this, Pradhan also detailed a survey where STEM enrollment numbers were shared, that included 53,52,258 men and 40,70,533 women.

CBSE Releases Schedule For Grade 10, 12 Exams; To Begin From May 4

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the board exam date sheets for classes 10, 12 on February 2. Reportedly, the exams shall begin on May 4 and would end by June 10. This is the first time when the Class 12 examination would be conducted in two shifts - 10:30 am to 1:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. Moreover, CBSE has released the full schedule on their website.

Minister Nishank Announces CBSE Class 10, 12 Exams Dates

In a virtual address, Union Education Minister Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has declared the dates for CBSE examination of class 10 and 12. While the exams will be conducted from May 4 to June 10, 2021, the practical exams will begin from March 1. Confirming that the examinations will be held only in the offline mode, Dr Nishank informed that the results would be declared by July 15.
