Employees promotion

Responding to a petition in the Supreme Court, the Union Government said quashing reservations in the promotion to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe will have an adverse effect on employees in public sectors.  The Centre said, "This may lead to reversion of SC and employees, re-fixation of their salaries, including re-fixation of pension of many employees who may have retired in the meantime."
