Massive Fire Breaks Out In Malad's Slum, Killed 1 Person

A massive fire broke out in Malad's slum area, resulting in the death of one 12-year-old boy identified as Prem Tukaram Bore. The incident occurred in the early hours of February 13, confined to 50 to 100 huts in Malad and was a major (level-two) fire, confirmed police. Eight fire engines, four jumbo tankers and an ambulance were sent to the spot, to control the massive fire.

Fire Flares Out At The Happy Home & School For The Blind In Mumbai

Fire erupted at the Happy Home and School for the Blind in Mumbai, Maharashtra on May 22. The fire started on the third level of the Worli school in Mumbai. Four fire trucks were dispatched to the location. The source of the explosion is still unknown. No injuries have been recorded. An investigation is ongoing.
