Fire Flares Out In The Margana Forest Region Of Udhampur, J&K
A fire started out in Chenani's Margana forest region, in the Udhampur district of Jammu & Kashmir late at night on May 19. Authorities from the forest department, the fire department, and the emergency personnel worked together to put out the fire. Additional information is forthcoming. On May 17, a major fire burst out in Jammu and Kashmir's Niaka, Panjgrain, and Ghambir Mughlan forest regions.

Police Arrests Two People In Mundka Fire Incident, Owner On Run
In the recent Mundka fire incident, two owners of the firm, Harish Goel and Varun Goel were arrested, said Delhi Police on May 14. Furthermore, the owner of the building Manish Lakra, which did not have safety clearance from the fire department, is absconding and a search for him is on. Notably, the massive fire which broke out in a building near Mundka metro killed 27 people till now.

Massive Fire Breaks Out In Nagpur, Police Launches Investigation
In Maharashtra's Nagpur region, a major fire broke out in a residential area on May 9, causing damage to over 100 hutments. Erupted in Mahakali Nagar of the Beltarodi area, the fire, disturbed laborers who lives in the area. As of now, no casualties have been reported, but a minor girl is said to be missing, said police. A case has been registered and an investigation has been launched.

In Bus Fire Accident, 35 Passengers Had Narrow Escape: Nagpur
In a tragic incident, approximately 35passengers traveling in a bus had a narrow escape after the vehicle caught fire in Maharashtra's Nagpur. On May 5, near the Reserve Bank square, the city civic bus running between, Mor Bhawan to Khaparkheda area, caught fire, starting from the engine side. The Nagpur Municipal Corporation's chief fire officer Rajendra Uchake said, fire tenders are dousing the fire and confirmed no casualties.

Fire Breaks Out In Manesar Sector 6, Gurugram, Reason Uncertain
In Haryana's Gurugram region, a massive fire broke out in a pile of garbage in the Manesar area. The incident happened on late night of April 25, near sector-6 of Manesar. As of now, 35 fire tenders are presently trying to douse the flames. Furthermore, as per the officials, the cause of this extreme fire in the region is not known and douse operation is underway.

Fire Breaks Out At 7-Storey Building In Mumbai's Khar Area: Maharashtra
In Mumbai's Khar area, a massive fire erupted in a seven-storey building, which caused mass panic, on April 21. The incident occurred in Khar's Guru Ganeshwar Marg, when the fire started at around 10:30 am, in a flat on the fourth floor of Notan Villa building. Reportedly, at least eight fire engines, water tankers and ambulances reached the spot. Four trapped people were rescued from the terrace, reported PTI.

Fire Breaks Out At Lucknow Hotel; No Casualties Reported
A massive fire broke out at a hotel in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, on the evening of April 13. Seven fire tenders doused the fire, which erupted in the basement and spread rapidly in an hour. As per sources, the guests and the staff at the hotel were rescued safely, and no casualties were reported. Furthermore, Lucknow Chief Fire Officer Vijay Kumar said, an investigation in this matter is underway.

Fire In Delhi's Azad Market Area Leaves 5 Injured
A massive fire broke out in Delhi's Azad market area, on April 9, leaving five people suffering minor injuries after a cylinder exploded at a shop. “The fire that broke out in a few shops in Azad Market today has been brought under control with the help of 20 fire engines. The fire was spread across 3 buildings,” reported an official. Furthermore, a rescue operation is underway.

Fire Engulfs Industrial Unit In Pimpri Chinchwad: Pune
As per reports, the fire engulfed an industrial unit, located in the Moshi area, neighboring Pimpri-Chinchwad city in Pune, on April 7. In addition, around 30 fire tenders of the local metropolitan corporation rushed to the spot to bring down fire under control. Notably, goods worth crores were turned down to ashes but no human casualties were reported in the accident.

AC Compressor Explosion Kills 1 In Pataudi Chowk
In a tragic incident, Sanjay Kumar (45), an AC-refrigerator mechanic from Pataudi Chowk, charred to death due to an AC compressor explosion at his residence, on April 1. The incident occurred at around 8:30 am, when Kumar was sleeping in his ground floor room, and his wife and two children were resting in the first floor. Reportedly, a thick smoke caused by the explosion, prevented Kumar from being rescued.
