An official from South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) said that the company paid Rs 16 crore to its employee. According to reports, the employee's 2-year-old daughter suffers from a rare disease called Spinal Muscular Atrophy and requires an injection called Zolgensma worth that amount. Boy Wins Life Saving Injection Of Rs 16 Cr In Lucky Draw
Shivraj Daware suffering from a rare genetic disorder called Spinal Muscular Atrophy was given a life-saving injection worth Rs 16 crore by the US firm for free after winning the lucky draw. Reportedly, the family applied for the lucky draw announced by a US firm. Luckily, they won the injection last year, and was administered in January 2021. Shivraj will soon be celebrating his second birthday.
